Nu-Way Weiners may serve the same food at the same prices, but each individual store is anything but a carbon copy of the other locations. From downtown to Bloomfield to Napier Square to Warner Robins and east Macon, each store has developed a culture of its own within the neighborhood. They have taken on the identity and personality of the people who eat there. We didn't hire from other restaurants, we grew from within. Our employees have been homegrown products who started out washing dishes, then moved up to grill worker, waitress, and then manager.
